At Lizard Nectar, we care about your satisfaction—and your skin. As a brand committed to clean, conscious, and toxic-free sun care, we maintain strict standards for product integrity and hygiene.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and further instructions.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
We do our best to package your order with care, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at lizardnectar@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it.

Non-returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to place a new order for the desired item and return your unopened, unused product following the instructions above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
